The Embassy continues to safeguard and promote interests of the Kingdom of Eswatini & Eswatini’s Nationals whilst keeping both the Government and the general public informed on any developments taking place in Kuwait.

The Embassy through the Ministry of Foreign Affair of Eswatini pursue a policy objective of economic diplomacy as a driving force since globalization has been the most crucial economic and social treats of the 21st Century.

19th April, 2018, was the day when the Kingdom of Swaziland officially renamed as the Kingdom of Eswatni, it was also the day in which the Kingdom of Eswatini celebrated its 50 years of Independence.
The Kingdom of Eswatini has maintained relative peace and stability over the past 50 years, with a developing infrastructure, a young literate population with potential to acquire technical and vocational skills to make the country a haven for tourism development and archive His Majesty’s Vision 2022 of being amongst the world developed countries. Eswatini’s economy is based on agricultural export products, manufacturing, mining, a growing garment, apparel and textile sector, and a developing services sector such as tourism, financial services, and the information, communication and technology sub-sector in particular.
The Government policy has been to support free enterprises and to allow the private sector to be the engine of growth and development in the economy. There is a developing and vibrant business in Eswatini, with the Federation of Eswatini Employers and Chamber of Commerce representing approximately 85% of formal business and employers in the country. There are various sectoral bodies and an organization called the Association of the Eswatini Business Community, which represents the interests of indigenous business people.

The Kingdom of Eswatini’s friendly relations with the State of Kuwait remains a priority as it impacts directly and indirectly on growing her economy and raising the Standard of living for the people of Eswatini. This will always remain a high priority objective for the government of  the Kingdom of Eswatini.

We encourage and invites the Kuwait citizens to visit the Kingdom of Eswatini to have the Royal experience and explore the breathtaking scenery and the warm hearted hospitality.
